We’re down to the final decisions now! What am I going to do when I’m not constantly thinking about glass tiles or paint colors or kitchen cabinets?!
We finalized our kitchen appliances today! We had selected our appliance models in February when we signed our contract but unfortunately several of the models are no longer available. They’re being phased out for new models but the new models haven’t arrived yet either. So in order to avoid appliances arriving the day before we’re scheduled to close we had to make a few changes. All of the appliances are Kenmore or Kenmore Elite and they’re all stainless steel.
So here are our new appliances!
Gas Range – Kenmore Elite 5.8 cu. ft. Double Oven Gas Range
Range Hood – Kenmore 30″ Italian-Designed Range Hood
Microwave – Kenmore 0.9 cu. ft. Countertop Microwave
Dishwasher – Kenmore Elite 24″ Built-In Dishwasher
French Door Fridge/Freezer – Kenmore Elite 27.6 cu. ft. French Door Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator
Garage Freezer – Kenmore 13.7 cu. ft. Upright Freezer
One thing I’ve noticed in this whole house-building adventure is that you can either find HUNDREDS of reviews on products or absolutely NOTHING! One of my future goals is to review some of our selections after we get moved in and settled so that maybe our experiences can help someone else! In a few months I’ll (…hopefully remember to…) review some of the appliances!
