Good morning! We’re sharing more inspiration using the new release from The Rabbit Hole Designs and today I’m using the fun new layering stencil set, What the Buzz! You can find the full release HERE!
I love the fun What’s the Buzz layering stencil set and thought the bees make a great background for a bold card! I started by blending Squeezed Lemonade, Mustard Seed, Tumbled Glass, and Salty Ocean distress oxide inks for the bodies and wings. I used a regular black ink for the rest of their bodies. Then I applied a thin layer of glitter paste over the wings for more shimmer and set it aside to dry!
I stamped the sentiment and heat-embossed the sentiment from Peaceful Bee and cut them out as thick labels for a little more ‘heft.’ Once the stencil paste was dry I adhered the sentiments with foam mounting tape to finish the card!
