Good morning!! It’s time for a new Lawn Fawnatics challenge and it’s a fun one! I can’t wait to see what you’ll create!!
I decided to go deep underwater for today’s card! Here’s what I created:
To start I created a moody ocean by blending blueprint sketch, chipped sapphire, and black soot distress oxide ink onto a panel of strathmore bristol smooth cardstock. I focused the darker colors around the edge of the panel. Then I stamped the squid from Lovable Legends and the submarine and fish from You Are Sublime with copic-friendly black ink and colored them with copic markers before die-cutting them with the coordinating dies!
I also stamped a sentiment from You Are Sublime and trimmed it into labels. I arranged everything on my blended panel and then adhered them with a mix of regular adhesive and foam mounting tape for a little extra dimension! Finally I added white gel pen accents to finish the card!
