Hero Arts November My Monthly Hero Blog Hop (+GIVEAWAYS!)

Good afternoon!  Today is release day for the November My Monthly Hero Classic Kit and the October My Monthly Hero Premium Kit from Hero Arts! Both kits are now available for purchase at Hero Arts; but remember, once they’re sold out, they’re gone for good so make sure to head over and shop soon!  And don’t forget that you can subscribe to the kits so that you never have to worry about missing one!

If you follow me on social media you know that October was my last month as an official member of the Hero Arts Creative Team but I told you I wouldn’t be able to stay away!  Today I’m sharing a card using one of the gorgeous add-ons from the November release!

I fell head over heels for the Color Layering Holiday Neighborhood stencils and decided to create this jewel-toned wonderland!  The stencil has three layers so I chose three pinks, three teals, and three purple inks in varying shades.  I started with the lightest shades on the bottom layer and gradually added the darker shades.  I love where the pinks meet the purples and the purples meet the teals!  They blend so nicely together!

I added a sentiment using the Winter Town Cheer set from the November add-ons with an older (and sadly retired) Christmas Messages fancy die.  The Happy Holidays die is still available if you’re interested!
