Good morning! Yesterday was quite the busy day but I was able to finish up a set of cheerful watercolor cards that I started Tuesday and wanted to share them!
These were very simple to throw together but will be perfect for RAK cards throughout the month of November! I realized that I’ve been going through my stash quickly and needed to do a little replenishing! 😉 I used three different colors of Gansai Tambi watercolors for each backgrounds and let them dry overnight. I heat-embossed the sentiment from Concord & 9th with white embossing powder and finished the cards by adding a sprinkling of Glass Slippers sequins from The Ton and offsetting them on coordinating colored cardstock bases! Here’s a closer look at some of the backgrounds!
I love the way the Gansai Tambi watercolors blend and change colors! I used the same light aqua color on the pink, dark blue, and light blue cards but it looks totally different on each card! And those sparkly sequins really catch the light!
And I didn’t get a photo but I do have a card going out in the mail today!
