Good morning and happy Friday!  You may have seen the news already but if not, I’m super excited to announce that I have been selected for Ken Oliver’s Creative Team!  As you’ve probably already realized, I LOVE Ken’s Color Burst Powders and I am so excited to be working alongside some truly spectacular crafters as a member of his inaugural Creative Team!

To celebrate I created a quick card using Color Burst Powders and stamps from Concord & 9th!To create this card I sprinkled Pthalo Green and Ultramarine Blue powder onto a piece of watercolor paper and then spritzed it lightly with pearlized water (water mixed with perfect pearls pigment powder).  I let the watercolor paper dry completely before heat-embossing the world map and sentiment from Concord & 9th with silver embossing powder!  Finally I trimmed the watercolor panel and mounted it to a top-folding blue cardstock base!  Bright, shimmery, and super fast to create after a long day of lessons! 😉  Plus it’s perfect for the #sharehandmadekindness challenge created by Jennifer McGuire Ink!  If you haven’t heard about it you can find more information here!
