Good morning! Another quick post as I’m still out of town but wanted to share a quick set of shaker cards I created for RAKS!
I used Gansai Tambi watercolors to create watercolor washes on several pieces of watercolor paper. I let them dry overnight and then I added flecks of gold paint. The ‘hello’ sentiment is a die from Altenew and the label sentiments are also from Altenew! I filled each shaker with coordinating colors of sequins and beads and also gold sequins and beads!

These were very inspired by the colorful watercolor shakers that Ruby created a few months ago! She sent me one for my birthday and I LOVE it! I love how simple they are to put together but how striking they are to look at! I didn’t get quite as much time for card-writing as I had hoped today but I did get one into the mail!

I really like this card design. I originally was thinking Brusho, Color Burst and then saw watercolor. Oh the options are endless. Add a little glitter, seed or bugle beads, sequins oh the endless possibilities. Thanks for the share.
