Hello! The next highly anticipated, exclusive STAMPtember collaboration set is now available and it’s from Tim Holtz!! This is a limited STAMPtember set and once it sells out it’s gone for good so make sure you snag yours soon!
I have a video for today’s tag that you can watch below or at my YouTube channel!
I made a set of cards earlier this week with a similar color palette and received a bunch of requests for a video. I didn’t make one for those cards but figured I’d use a similar palette for today’s tag!
First I blended antique linen, victorian velvet, seedless preserves, and black soot distress ink onto a piece of strathmore bristol cardstock. I spritzed it with water and gold spray and let it dry. Then I flicked it with a more opaque finetec gold paint for brighter splatters! When it was totally dry I stamped the music staff stamp across the distress inked panel using gold shimmer pigment ink. I did a little second generation stamping on some of the images for a more faded look on the panel.
Next I die-cut the panel using a large stitched fishtail die. Then I stamped the succulent arrangement over the panel using versamark and heat-embossed it with gold embossing powder. I stamped the sentiment with versafine and heat-embossed It with clear embossing powder. Then I punched a hole in the top of the tag and added black and gold ribbons. Finally I finished the tag with a few metallic rose gold jewels!
Thanks so much for visiting and have a wonderful week!
