Good morning! MFT Stamps has a brand new holiday release available now and I’m so excited to be guesting for the release! I combined several of the new release items to create today’s card!
I’ve been enjoying creating with unusual color palettes and I thought this one was another unique blend for a Christmas card! I started by blending a panel of strathmore bristol smooth cardstock with tattered rose, abandoned coral, and crackling campfire distress oxide ink. I splattered it with water and shimmer spray and then trimmed it down and adhered it to a white card base.
Next I stamped that naughty kitten from Meowy Christmas with versafine and heat-embossed him with clear embossing powder. I colored him with copic markers and then die-cut him with the coordinating die. I think the mix of hot coral shades with teal is a fun play on red and green for Christmas! Next I die-cut the Joy sentiment from Joy Peace Love dienamics from silver glitter cardstock and adhered them around the ornament to spell out ‘Joy’. Finally I stamped a sentiment from Meowy Christmas and added it under to ground my scene and complete the message!
Make sure to head to the MFT Stamps blog for lots more inspiration using the new release and you can find the full release HERE! Thanks so much for stopping by and happy shopping!
