I shared this card using the kit on my blog this weekend:

And today I’m sharing another pair of cards using the kit!

I love the new masking dies and how easily they help you create a scene! To start I stamped the Christmas tree onto a panel of white cardstock with intens-ified black ink.  Then I die-cut the coordinating die from masking magic.  Then I placed the mask over the Christmas tree and pressed it in place.  I used my MISTI to arrange the background swirly stamp over the masked tree and then stamped it with cornflower ink.

I removed the mask, marveled at the clean lines ;),  and then colored the tree with copic markers.  I also added a little shading to the snowy ground with copics.  Finally I stamped a sentiment with cornflower ink.  Super quick and easy for mass-producing those holiday cards! 🙂

And that’s it!  Head over and pick up your November My Monthly Hero kit and add-ons today!

To celebrate the release Hero Arts is giving away a $50 gift card as a prize to one blog reader selected from the comments across all of the blogs in the hop so make sure you leave a comment at each hop stop for the most chances to win!  Please comment before 11:59PM EST on Sunday, November 8th!  You should have arrived from Ilina and Lydia is your next stop!

Thanks so much for visiting and enjoy the hop!!
