Good morning! Today I’m sharing another light-up card using products from the June release from The Rabbit Hole Designs!
I used the Tenting with Tailette set and Let’s Wander stamp for my card today. I stamped and copic colored all of the images before die-cutting them with the coordinating dies. I wanted a dark night scene so I masked off the mountains to ink blend and splatter my sky and then colored the rest of the background with black and dark grey copic markers.
For the lights, I used an animating red fade and two orange LEDs from Chibitronics to create a ‘living’ flame. It’s hard to see in a photo but in person you can see the red fading in and out which gives it the appearance of a crackling campfire! Last, but not least, I added that cute punny sentiment to finish the card!
