Okay, now I’m determined…I will get a card done each day for the Spring Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! 😉
Today I decided to go more for the spring side of the theme with some pretty pastel watercoloring! I used a great new background stamp from Hero Arts and heat-embossed it with clear powder. Then I watercolored it with distress inks in Picked Raspberry, Ripe Persimmon, and just a little Squeezed Lemonade! I really wanted to use the ‘need to venti’ sentiment from the My Favorite Things Perk Up stamp set so I decided to look for a crazed looking animal in my stamp collection and I think this little sheep is perfect! Plus, nothing says spring like a cute, little lamb! To complete the look I gave him googly eyes! 😉
