Lil’ Inker Designs: January 2017 Release – Day 3

Good morning and welcome to the last day of the January release for Lil’ Inker Designs!  We’re introducing a bunch of gorgeous Valentine’s Day themed stamps and dies and they’re all available right now!  I love that Laura doesn’t make you wait to shop the new release so I totally understand if you want to go shop now, but make sure you come back and comment for a chance to win the entire January release!  That’s correct…one lucky commenter will win everything!  There’s more details on how to win at the end of my post!  Today I’m showcasing the Brush Script Valentine’s Day Word dies, the Fringe Scalloped Heart dies, and the Be Mine Greeting dies!

For my first card I die-cut the Fringe Scalloped Heart from the Dip Dyed Ombre paper pad and the Brush Script Valentine’s Day sentiment from white cardstock.  I popped up the scalloped edges slightly and adhered the sentiment to the heart with foam mounting tape.  Then I wrapped sequin ribbon around a piece of patterned paper and adhered the heart over it with foam mounting tape!

For my last card I die-cut several pieces of patterned paper using the Dual Stitched Rectangle dies.  Then I die-cut the Be Mine Greeting die from the smaller rectangles of patterned paper and adhered acetate behind the window.  I filled the shaker with sparkling clear sequins and then adhered them to the larger rectangle.  I’m not always comfortable mixing patterned papers together but I really like how these turned out and that gorgeous sentiment die is the perfect focal point!
