A Blog Named Hero: Challenge – Florals

17 Jul

Good morning!  It’s time for the second half of the A Blog Named Hero design team to share additional inspiration for our July challenge!  This month is all about florals with our collaboration company, Winnie and Walter, and here’s what I created!

Enjoy the Little Things by Jessica Frost-Ballas for A Blog Named HeroI decided to combine smaller floral sets from both companies to create a CAS card.  My solo card later this month is totally the opposite of this one! 😉

To start I stamped the foliage from Framed with Evelin T Designs and flowers from Little Florals onto white cardstock with copic-friendly ink.  I colored them all with copics, added spectrum noir clear sparkle to the flowers, and then die-cut them all with the coordinating dies.

Then I stamped the frame with Framed with Evelin T Designs onto a white cardstock panel, colored it with copics, and added the sentiment from Little Florals.  I arranged the foliage and florals around the frame and adhered them with a mixture of regular ATG adhesive and foam mounting tape.  To finish the card I added a few Blush ombre sequins!

I can’t wait to see what you’ll create for our challenge!  Thanks so much for visiting and have a wonderful day! 🙂
