Christmas Card Challenges #14: Sentiment Only

Hi and welcome back to another week at Christmas Card Challenges!  This week we’re challenging you to put your images away and work ONLY with your sentiment stamps!  This challenge ended up being harder than I expected…I have way more holiday sentiments than I realized and it was difficult to narrow it down.  So I decided not to narrow it down too much…

I used my M.I.S.T.I. to help me lay out a bunch of sentiment stamps and stamp them all at once.  A couple of the stamps were a little thinner than others so I had to stamp them twice.  I trimmed that piece down and then mounted it to a piece of Simon Says Stamp Schoolhouse Red cardstock that I stamped and heat-emhossed with a My Favorite Things background stamp.  I heat-embossed it with clear embossing powder for a tone on tone look.  I added the red sentiment tag to give a little pop of color.  Technically, all of those sentiments are ‘season’s greetings’ so I thought the tag sentiment was appropriate!  I added a little ribbon and there you have it!
