I shared a card yesterday on the Hero Arts blog using two dies from the kit and you can find more information on that card here:

And here’s what I created today using more of the main kit items:

I love that gorgeous window frame die and decided to use it as a border for my blended background!  I started by blending Raspberry Jam, Pale Tomato and Soft Apricot ink onto a piece of strathmore bristol smooth cardstock.  Then I stamped the sentiment and branches from the kit with versamark and heat-embossed them with gold glitter embossing powder.

I die-cut the window frame die twice, once from black cardstock and once from white cardstock and trimmed off the swing.  I also stamped the cute little squirrel with versafine, heat-embossed him with clear embossing powder, and die-cut him with the coordinating die.  I offset the black frame and adhered it to the white frame.  Then I adhered that over the blended background and added the squirrel with a little foam mounting tape.  This kit is super versatile and different blended backgrounds or different sentiments can make cards for many different occasions!

To celebrate the release Hero Arts is giving away one kit as a prize to one blog reader selected from the comments across all of the blogs in the hop so make sure you leave a comment at each hop stop for the most chances to win!  If you win and have already purchased the kit you will be reimbursed!  Please your comments before 11:59PM EST on Sunday, May 13th!  Here’s a list of all the stops on the hop:
