I shared this card using the My Monthly Hero Classic kit on my blog this weekend:

And today I’m sharing a card using the new Premium kit!!

This was actually my first time trying out the rub-ons and they were a lot of fun (and very easy to use)!  I added a few of the rub-ons onto a panel of white cardstock and then die-cut them with the coordinating dies.  I love how it looks like I just spent hours coloring those gorgeous butterflies!  Then I die-cut the window die from black cardstock.

I blended Dandelion and Butterbar ink onto a panel of Canary cardstock fading to the natural cardstock color at the top.  Then I stamped the sentiment from the kit and heat-embossed it with black embossing powder.  Finally I adhered the window die over the blended panel and added my butterflies with a little foam mounting tape!  You could easily make lots of similar cards with the four sheets of rub-ons included in the Premium kit!

And finally I’m sharing one more card using one of the new add-on bundles: Monarch and Milkweed!

I absolutely adore monarch butterflies and fell hard for this gorgeous and unique Monarch and Milkweed set!  I love how it depicts the monarch butterfly as a caterpillar, cocoon, and emerging butterfly!  I stamped all the images onto white cardstock with copic-friendly intense-ified black ink and colored them with copics before die-cutting them with the coordinating dies.

Then I blended Fresh Lawn and Green Hills ink on a panel of Kiwi cardstock and faded to the natural cardstock color at the top.  I layered my colored images across the panel and then finished the card with a sentiment from the set!  I decided to let my butterfly ‘hatch’ from the cocoon so you can see a peek of it behind the beautiful monarch!

And that’s it for me! Head over and pick up your February My Monthly Hero Classic or Premium kit and add-ons today before they sell out!

To celebrate the kit release Hero Arts is giving away a $50 gift card as a prize to one blog reader selected from the comments across all of the blogs in the hop so make sure you leave a comment at each hop stop for the most chances to win!  Please comment before 11:59PM EST on Sunday, February 12th!  You should have arrived from Ilina and Kelly is your next stop!

Don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel for more Hero Arts inspiration!  Thanks so much for visiting and enjoy the hop!!

Each card is beautiful! I, too, love monarchs…I have one giant monarch tattooed on my shoulder, and my daughter and I planted a butterfly garden, including milk weeds for the now endangered monarchs! So, that card is my favorite! 💜💜💜
