Good morning! I’m so excited to be a stop on the Simon Says Stamp Stamptember release blog hop! I love the fabulous products in this release and how perfect they are for creating cards to encourage, support, and celebrate others! I shared two cards using the new release yesterday (you can find them and a giveaway here and here) and I have yet another one to share today!
These little bunnies from Forever Friends showed up in my mailbox earlier in the week and I just cannot get over how adorable they are! To start my card I colored them with copic markers and fussy cut them leaving a bit of a white border around them. Then I placed the Stained Glass stencil over a piece of white cardstock and blended a little twisted citron and salty ocean distress ink over the center of the stencil to create a subtle grass and sky scene. I stamped the first word of my sentiment from Together with versafine and heat-embossed it with clear embossing powder. Then I stamped the rest of the sentiment on black cardstock and heat-embossed it with white embossing powder before trimming it down to a label. I adhered my bunnies with foam mounting tape and then added my sentiment label with ATG adhesive. Finally I finished the card with a few strawberry jewels a little spectrum noir clear sparkle on the bunnies ears, tails, and cheeks!
I hope this gives you some inspiration for the new release! Check out all the products from the Stamptember release and let me know your favorites! 😉
